INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Wild Safari Hits, where every journey is designed with passion, integrity, and a deep love for Kenya’s wildlife, culture, and landscapes. Whether you are exploring the Maasai Mara, Tsavo, Amboseli, or our world-class beach destinations, we are committed to providing safe, ethical, and unforgettable experiences.

By using our website, submitting a booking, or participating in any safari or service provided by Wild Safari Hits, you agree to this All-In-One Travel Policy & Terms.
This document ensures clarity, transparency, protection, and mutual respect.

We encourage you to read it carefully so you fully understand how we operate and how we protect your travel experience.


1. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

A booking is considered complete only after:

  • You submit your reservation online or through our official channels (WhatsApp, Email, Call).

  • You receive a written confirmation from Wild Safari Hits.

  • A required deposit or full payment is made.

The individual making the booking (“Lead Traveller”) accepts responsibility for all information submitted and all payments related to the group.

Age Requirement

Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or provide written consent.


2. PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods

  • M-PESA

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • Online Checkout

  • Credit/Debit Cards (where available)

  • Cash payments (Kenya only)

Payment Structure

  • Day Trips: Full payment required at the time of booking.

  • Multi-Day Safaris:

    • 30–50% deposit to secure your booking

    • Remaining balance due 14 days before departure

Failure to complete payments by the stated deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.


3. PRICES, INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Your Safari Price May Include:

  • Accommodation as stated (FB, HB, BB)

  • Park entry fees

  • 4×4 Land Cruiser or Tour Van transport

  • Professional guide services

  • Bottled water during game drives

  • Meal plans as per your itinerary

Your Safari Price Does Not Include:

  • International airfare

  • Visa fees

  • Personal expenses (laundry, tips, souvenirs)

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Optional excursions

  • Travel insurance

Price Adjustments

Prices may change due to:

  • Government tax updates

  • Park fee adjustments

  • Fuel price variations

  • Currency fluctuations

Any change will always be communicated early and transparently.


4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation structure is:

  • 30+ days before safari: 70% refund

  • 15–29 days: 40% refund

  • 0–14 days: No refund

  • No-show: No refund

Important Note:

Many partner lodges, hotels, camps, and airlines have strict non-refundable policies. Where applicable, their terms override ours.

Wild Safari Hits Cancellations

If we must cancel due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Political instability

  • Park/road closures

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Force majeure

You will be offered:

  1. A full refund, or

  2. A free reschedule, or

  3. A credit voucher for future travel

We are not responsible for additional costs arising from third-party bookings (flights, visas, transfers).


5. ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

Safari experiences can be affected by wildlife movement, weather patterns, and road conditions.
We may make reasonable changes to ensure:

  • Safety

  • Better wildlife viewing

  • Improved travel flow

  • Compliance with park authorities

All changes are made with your best interest in mind.


6. HEALTH, SAFETY & RISKS

Travelling in the wild is adventurous and carries inherent risks.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that:

  • Wildlife behavior is unpredictable

  • Natural environments carry risks

  • You must follow your guide’s instructions at all times

We do our best to keep you safe, but we cannot accept liability for injuries resulting from:

  • Ignoring guide instructions

  • Reckless behavior

  • Natural causes

  • Third-party service providers


7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Wild Safari Hits is not responsible for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Delays caused by lodges, airlines, weather, or government agencies

  • Personal injuries caused by wildlife or natural hazards

  • Acts of God (storms, floods, pandemics, unforeseen events)

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for your safari package.


8. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR POLICY

We uphold the comfort and safety of all clients.
We may remove any traveller who:

  • Endangers other guests

  • Refuses to follow park rules

  • Causes property damage

  • Exhibits disruptive or unsafe behavior

No refunds will be issued in such cases.


9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOS & MEDIA USAGE

Wild Safari Hits may take photos and videos during safaris for promotional or educational use.
By participating, you consent to this content being used unless you request removal.

All website content, photos, itineraries, logos, and digital media are property of Wild Safari Hits and protected by copyright laws.


10. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We value your trust deeply.
Your personal information is used only for:

  • Processing bookings

  • Travel coordination

  • Payment confirmation

  • Customer communication

We never sell or misuse your data.

We comply with Kenyan data protection laws and international privacy standards.


11. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A valid passport (6-month minimum validity)

  • Required visas

  • Travel insurance

  • Vaccinations or medical requirements

We are not responsible for losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.


12. COMPLAINTS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If something is not right during your safari, please report it immediately to your guide or our support team.
We will respond promptly to fix or improve the situation.

Complaints made after the safari will still be reviewed, though immediate feedback is easier to resolve.


13. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

All terms, conditions, and policies in this document are governed by the Laws of Kenya.
Any dispute shall be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.


14. UPDATES & CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Wild Safari Hits may revise this All-In-One Policy periodically to maintain clarity, safety, and compliance with changing regulations.
By using our website or booking with us, you automatically accept the latest version.
